Dear you! When i scan the channels i get them all over from ch 1 to 100 but i only have 40 channels.. my question is how to put them from 1 to 40 in a row? greetings

I am unable to see at a glance how to correct this but it is between its menu, channel and volume buttons to alter the settings it may be worth to run through the re-tune sequence below?


To preset a channel or to change a preset channel, follow the procedure below.

on the TV screen.
3) Press the CH(annel) ? or ? button to point to "CHANNEL SET".

The tuner scans and memorizes all active channels in your area.

? When AUTO PRESET CH action is completed, the lowest memorized channel reappears on the
screen.
? When you press the CH(annel) ? or ? button after selecting "AUTO PRESET CH", the tuner
will stop at the memorized channels only.
? The TV may recognize TV channels to be CATV channels by the receiving conditions. In this
case, try AUTO PRESET CH action again in the fine receiving conditions.
? When AUTO PRESET CH is activated where there is no TV signal input,"NO TV SIGNALS"
will appear on the display after the completion of channel scanning.
[ADD/DELETE FUNCTION]
1) Press the MENU button so that the menu display appears on the TV screen.
2) Press the CH(annel) ? or ? button to point to "CHANNEL SET".
Then, press the VOL(ume) ? button.
3) Press the VOL(ume) ? button so that "ADD/DELETE" is selected.
4) Use the CH(annel) ? or ? button to select the
channel you wish to put into memory or to erase from memory.
Note: The menu will disappear in about 10 seconds.
Perform "ADD/DELETE" function while this display appears on the
screen.
? Press the VOL(ume) ? or ? button to light up the channel number
in LIGHT BLUE if you wish to add the channel into memory.
? Press the VOL(ume) ? or ? button to light up the channel number
in LIGHT RED if you wish to erase the channel from memory.
5) Press the MENU button to exit the menu.

The set has to be set in the menu to either cable or air before you get to scanning for the channels.

U used the tv remote go into ur tv SETUP.Pick Cable,before u scanning for cable chanels?U have pay cable?Must scan for cable chanels,by setup for looking for cable channels.

Go to "setup" mode on the DVR, and do a "scan for available TV channels", to add more channels,
or explicitly "add" channel #72 as an available channel.

try getting a connection from your remote to the tv.

operating your tv: Once you have connected your tv to an anntenna or cable system,plugged the tv in, and put batteries in the remote, you are ready to use the tv. the first thing you should do is program your tv so it memorizes all of available analog& didgital channels.PROGRAMING YOUR TVS CHANNEL MEMORY: your tvs memory determines the channels thet are available using the "up ch down" buttons. if a channel is not in memory . you can tune to it with the numbeer buttons, but not with the up and down buttons . follow these steps to program your tvs memory:
1) Preset
press the MENU button twice to enter preset menu

To memorize all available analog and didgital channels
press the ch down button to highlight FULL SCAN then press VOL.+ to begin channel scaning, the channel scanning starting with analog channels then to didgital channels. after your tv finishes memorizing the channels, it will return to normal tv viewing.
