If you have tried to connect and there are problems with the Samsung TV, there are known problems with the TV tuner.

Otherwise, first power on the replicator. Then, connect your laptop to the replicator. Install any drivers, if necessary, to the replicator. Then, connect your Sony DVD recorder and install the driver. Lastly, connect your TV. But, as I mentioned, there are known problems with the TV tuner.
