Hi,You just need more space on your player. Just connect to your computer, back up files, then delete enough to leave 20mb. Hope this helps! Oh and for all the support for the M4304 visit this page:http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/product.aspx?product=420
This is a memory problem and to solve this connect your mp3 player to your computer, your computer will recognize the new device
Open your device from the computer and delete some files that are not really needed till you have at least 20MB free space or more then disconnect your device and power it on
Do not always exhaust all your player memory, leave a little space for the player booting and working
Make sure you have 20MB of free space available on your device. You can do this by opening "My Computer" and right-clicking on the drive letter associated with your mp3 player and select properties. Remove media until you have at least 20MB of free space available.
