You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

Store Messages are probably not recorded in the mailbox that is associated with the phone. Instead, they are probably in the General Delivery Mailbox or a mailbox associated with an ICD group.
Making it possible for the GDM to turn on a message waiting lamp is something that needs to be done when the system is first installed. Changing it later requires the entire voice mail system to be cleared, unfortunately. It is one of those things we always do for our customers, but most dealers do not.

Unplug the phone from power for about ten minutes and see if that resets it..i'm not sure if that uses and adaptor for power... but be aware it also gets power from the phone line as well... so unplug that too.

New phone/cable provider corrected the problem on their end. Evreything works at this time.

Go into the voicemail, press 5 for message waiting notification options, press 1 for message waiting light status.

Try holding the mute/find handset button on the base unit for about 5 seconds and the light should stop flashing.
