There is no AV in on the S30, it's not possible I'm afraid

Download the Navman S30 update click HERE! and save it on your desktop .
Also download the Navman S30 manual click HERE! -->page 96 for instructions .

Your model is the S30. You can upload from the navman site to you pc.

Forget it. I have had the same problem with a S80 and Navman does not give a damn.
I cannot even load the maps I paid for.
Lost my money. Never again.

you should have software on your computer that once you connect your sat-nav via usb they download, if not go to navmans website a download them from there

Software likely corrupted,, Download any updates especially firmware updates at the link above. You will be required to register you device, then you should be able to download and install anything you need.
