Hi There I purchased an AF 3iP Micro System last July and love it, except that that I am unable to play soft music on the cd as there is a loud mains hum.. Everything else on the System is good. My daughter who purchased hers at the same time has the same problem which I presume is a manufacturer fault. I have had it back to **** Smith's twice but the problem has not been resolved. Thank you for your time and resolution Best Regards Julie I am wondering where I go from here please. My first option was to go through you and then Consumer Affairs if it is not resolved. I do not want a replacement as there seems to be a fault with all of them. I can be contacted on 0418 613 093 at any time. Please leave a contact number and name if I do not answer.

SOURCE: CD does not play

This sounds to me like the loading mechanism is having problems. It may be as simple as the grease gumming up a bit, or the motor having a dead spot. Without seeing the machine itself, it is hard for me to say. I'd rebuild the loading mechanism and regrease it. Figure on the local labor rate for this repair as no parts should be required unless the motor has failed.

SOURCE: SMS Contact names display instead of numbers please

I got a better solution for you. Its because the iphone is not designed for Australian phone numbers. Mine was the same.

On your installer add the source installer.iclarified.com
Then add a package called appsupport 1.1.4 and voila, your contacts will match up with your sms's and call logs automatically

SOURCE: Drum set keeps going out. I purchased the first

Hi-

You can repair your drums actually for pretty reasonable!
Here is a link to a video on how to repair the drums yourself,
you'll have to purchase the cable yourself, but you can find one if you search eBay for "guitar hero drum cable"

I hope this helps!

Why wont my cd play in the radio?

CDE,DVD, MUSIC YOU NAME IT, IT ALL refers back to the system playing it. You may be affected by the same principles covered below:
dvd player will only play movies for the COUNTRY in which you purchased it. There is no way to purchase a system or configure a system to play ALL MEDIA FOR ALL COUNTRIES. The country codes are specific and each country wants to prevent any other country from playing their dvds music, etc.

Curtis Micro Radio/CD Player Shelf System RCD882

When you load the CD, the CD itself sits on what is called the CD Table. The height of this table is somewhat critical to proper operation of the CD. Since this is a new unit, this should not occur. Return the unit for exchange or repair. If the unit is less than 30 days old, insist on an exchange. You should not have to be without the unit for something that new.
