The remote in the car works, the wall mount unit outside the garage works, but the motion detector push button pad does not work to close the garage door and the 2 green lights on this unit are continually flashing.
Have you tried to reprogram the chanel again?
Changed the battery?
Hi there
I am here to help.....honest.
I never got a reply from you,
I thought it only fair to answer the questions before rating the solution,
The questions I have asked were to become better informed about your problem. Not to guess,
Security is very important for ME too,
I deal dierctly with the Suppliers in New Zealand,
Great Company Good Products.
If their info is incorrect then they definately need to know.
I assume you could not reprogram that is a normal result of the faulty printed pcb board inside the unit and the only solution was the purchase of the new unit,
Changing the battery would have shown you this unless it was a hard wired unit without a battery then the main control unit would have had fault too ,
I thank you for your time and would like you to reconsider rating the solution thanks

We purchased a new push button pad for inside the garage and everything is back in working order. The old unit was about 8 years old and there was obviously a problem with the circuit board inside this unit.
Unit may be in lock mode,Try holding down the lock button for a few seconds...(A solid green light from flashing light should appear )also check both sensors at door for alignment and clear of any dust...Both sensor lights should show green ... Hope this helps
