I've got a similar lock here in the UK.See photo No.3 I do know that the combo can be changed but only when the box is open. The original combo is then negated and only the new one can be used. Some models have an override key
If not then from the inside the house unscrew the box. The code is contained in the outer section with the push buttons. Look at the back and there should be visible the locking pins under a back plate with pin numbers - usually the tops of the pins are coloured red=a number of the combo code
If no colours can be seen, remove the plate, with care as there are small springs under it, then push and hold the C cancel button and ease out the pins noting that the pins are grooved, differently for lock and non-lock Lay them out on each side of the lock and look for a number of them with the same grooves equal to the No. of combo digits & the pins will be the lock pins. Replace in the order of your new combo No. and reassemble [these pins are handed - a left will fit a right by rotating through 180 degrees]
Hint - watch the springs they can fly out and are vital
Hint - note new combo in cell phone
Hint - red paint tops of pins for next time
If this is a key storage box, I have this too. email me plz rod-davies&hotmail.com
