I was given a 35mm pentax espio 70 zoom camera recently but I have no instruction leaflet with it. Is it possible still to get one.

I found the ESPIO-140M selling for as little as $30, and I found an ESPIO-140V in excellent used condition selling for $150. I also noted a 140V that failed to sell for $55 on eBay. I hope this information helps.

Its actually a technician code which means that your Zoom system has malfunctioned. If you want to remove the film then you can simply click the reset button and then remove the film. If you want to get it repaired then it would be better if you throw it and look for a new SLR Camera

If the 'H' disappears when the zoom lever is moved the camera is ready for use. If the 'H' appears often, it should be taken to the service.

It needs factory repair - find another used camera or buy a new digital. That camera is not worth spending the money on to repair.

can you see the lens in the finder move when you zoom out? if not ,the finder lens is stuck.
if it does move when zooming, see if you have a diopter adjustment wheel or sliding knob near the front lens of the finder. if so adjust the lens to your eye.

I sounds like your shutter is stinking dont remove or losen the screws there are manuals on the web. find out what type a camera it is then go to the retail on the web they should have support or manuals for you

May be a bit of grit gas got in. Do not try to manually manipulate it- this will wreck the motor drive. A Vacuum clean suck way have some affect. Certainly contact Pentax Tech Support Team .
