My MPOW Thor Bluetooth Headset is making a beeping sound

Connect the headset to the charger as if you were charging it, but keep one side in your ear. Once connected to the charger, hold down the power button. It'll beep a few times and then stop. Disconnect from the charger. You can then turn the headset back on. This "procedure" clears the headset's memory,

Wont start up and high pitch beep

The beeping is from the motherboard most likely. Sounds like you have some kind of virus. You may be able to access safe mode by holding alt+f4 when start-up but other then that I would take your PC in to get checked out.

3 Beeps after trying to scan

If you are receiving three quick beeps (all the same tone) before a scan the battery is low. If the scanner is more than two years old the battery may need to be reconditioned. It is recommended the battery be reconditioned once a year. The latest revision of the LS4278 manual is here:
http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=6983404apdf&sliceId=&dialogID=134112767&stateId=0%200%2014115220

Print page 28 of 414 and scan the Battery Recondition barcode. The scanner will discharge the battery then charge it up again. It goes through this two times so you need to leave it on the charger a while for this process to complete. Hopefully this will resolve your issue. If not, you may need a new battery.

If the beeps are low, medium, high the procedure above still may work, but you might want to call Motorola for assistance. Sometimes hearing the beeps helps to diagnose the problem.

My computer keeps turning on and off. I thought it might be an overheating problem and so i cleaned up my fan and i didn't see any change. It is not also a problem from the battery from the charger or...

The reason why it shuts off when you put it on the floor is because there is a lack of circulating air. Laptops easily overheat if they are not raised up to circulate properly. On your lap, there is more circulation...because it's not a flat fixed surface. To check and see if it's an overheating problem, you need to enter the BIOS and check the clocking time. You are correct, however, typically 9 times out of 10 when it keeps resetting it's an overheating problem OR a virus.

Laptops are difficult to troubleshoot hardware without completely disassembling the entire laptop and I wouldn't attempt to explain to you here how to do that. I would suggest seeing a technician. I doubt highly that it would be a major issue with the motherboard in a laptop unless someone messed with it. There is a setting in there as well that can be changed, but again major hardware disassembly to reach the motherboard.

The AC Adapter makes a beeping noise and doesn't charge the batt.

I would verify that the battery will take a charge. If the battery is bad, the charger will tell you that it is not charged. It will not tell you why, just that it is not charged. If not plugged into the computor, again, battery is not charged. Hence, the beep.

Good Luck and hope this helps.
