HI Ive just bought a Nav Man MY50T, "ALL THE MANUAL SAYS IS PLUG INTO YOUR COMPUTER" now ive done that, omnce with computer with Windows & and another with XP. Neither work ! In the PC with Windows 7 the disc rums and save s the softeware but still continues to ask that I attach GPS to the computer????
With the PC with XOP, the cd does nothing? The pC asks me to insert a disc into the drive with it already in there??
What is going on should I just retur n to point of purchase?

Hello there,
It looks like you have a faulty monitor. Make sure the power is plugged in at the computer and a working all socket. Make sure that the Box on the power cord is connected properly. Make sure that the connections to the computer and secure and that the computer is turned on. If none of these things fix the monitor, I recommend returning it and getting it replace.

Has the sat nav got power ? or is there no power to it, do any of the buttons work etc? It might just need resetting if so get back to me and I can tell you the details, please clarify?
