CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study, published in the December 2000 issue of the Journal of Nutritionfound that CLA reduces fat and preserves muscle tissue. According to the research project manager, an average reduction of six pounds of body fat was found in the group that took CLA, compared to a placebo group. The study found that approximately 3.4 grams of CLA per day is the level needed to obtain the beneficial effects of CLA on body fat.
I'm assuming you own a TT.. in which case, yes.. the CLA should have a fuse. I wouldn't recommend replacing the fuse yourself in case you get the amps wrong and burn out your TT. check that the green light on the CLA comes on.. if not, then you probably don't have the CLA in right. Otherwise, you can purchase a replacement TomTom CLA online somewhere.
