You will not find any channels with this old TV. All channels in the USA switched to digital 1 1/2 years ago. You will need to connect a digital converter box to get any channels.

You have only described about the fault of your TV. Without any description about, the Brand, Model number, how can I assume about your device? I have extensive files on timers. I don't recognize Noma 052-8814-2 Noma is an old Intermatic name that is now used by many companies to describe many models of timers. There is wide bleed-over of timer names and designs across different manufacturers.

Check the fuses on the ysus & zsus boards. Are any fuses on boards open . Disconect power cabels to ysus board first {board on left} . put tv on . if the light is green the ysus board must be replaced.
