Hello. I'm currently using ATI MACH64 as a standard VGA adapter. When I check DirectX diagnostics, it shows 3D acceleration and 3Draw acceleration as unavailable. I have DirectX 11 installed. I want to know if my video card supports these DirextX features and what I have to do to enable them. Thanks.

This is an ancient video processor that has no DirectX support whatsoever -it doesn't even have 3D capabilities, it's strictly a 2D chip. You really need to upgrade.

I need 3D accelerator

Direct3D is a component of Microsoft's DirectX graphics software and is one of the more commonly used graphics accelerators in PC gaming. Of course, before you can enjoy the benefits of Direct3D acceleration, you need to have that particular component enabled in DirectX. Fortunately for your gaming needs, enabling Direct3D acceleration is not an overly complicated process, and can be achieved in a matter of moments. Open the "Start" menu and type "dxdiag" into the Windows Live search box, then press "Enter." This will bring up the "DirectX Diagnostics" dialog box. Click the "Display" tab. Locate the "Direct3D Acceleration" entry. Click the "Enable" option next to the Direct3D entry. This will turn on Direct3D acceleration. You may need to restart your computer to make the changes effective. My direct3d , directdraw , agp texture accelerator are showing not available in my dxdiag.

Actually you have not installed drivers for ATI Radeon 7500. Just download and install updated drivers for this hardware. If you can't locate the specific drivers then use a driver scanner tool to locate specific drivers for this hardware. Also use a system utility tool like PCFresher to fix windows and registry errors. It will also fix missing dll files.

I install a game devil may cry and its show d3derr_notavailable:mpd3d-get device caps(adapter, device type and caps)

It seems you are having a problem with DirectX 3D.
Try updating DirectX. (Type Directx in Google and download the latest version and install).
If it doesn't help you might need a better VGA card.

HOW TO ENABLE DIRECTDRAW AND DIRECTX

You cannot enabled the Directdraw or 3D Acceleration Options in DirectX i.e. if,
Your computer does not meet the minimum 3D hardware requirements eg. playing PC games.
Your video adapter does not have sufficient video memory to run the game.
DirectDraw Acceleration is disabled.

The 3D Acceleration option is unavailable.
You use out-of-date drivers for your video adapter i.e Graphic card
The latest version of DirectX is not installed or is damaged.
One or to many programs that are running in the background are interfering with the game.

Hope it helps.
