I found a link to a website that says to have drivers, but only on your own risk, because I can't test this. (win 7 and NVIDEA user)

I have 4 of these cards. PCI-8604PW is written on the board. 4 conexant fusion 878A chips on the board. You may have to run the setup program.
Restart.
Uninstall hardware under device manager related to " multimedia devices " that have the exclamation points. Point the driver wizard to the extracted driver folder.
Restart.
Should work.
