To source the proper battery for this timepiece, you must know the caliber number of the movement and brand of the movement in the very least. Every company uses different movements in many different styles of their watches.
If you cannot find the battery that was previously in it, it is always best to visit your local Certified Master Horologist who can look up the movement caliber, provide the proper battery, and install it for you. Sometimes there is an issue with the movement, in which case they can likely service or replace it for you as well.
Insist on only Energizer button cell silver oxide batteries, as in our vast experience they are one of the only batteries that do not leak in the movement.
