That depends if the oven is electric or gas.

If it is electric, it can be heating element, temp probe, or control knob/buttons, board and wiring.

If it is gas it can be the igniter (check spark) , the thermostat, the safety valve that prevents accidental gas flow, or the control.

If the oven has self cleaning cycle, check that it is not stuck on self cleaning, try unplugging for a while and restarting self cleaning cycle in that case.

After the lock indicator light goes out, move the door lock lever to the left. The oven door can now be opened. Turn the selector and temperature knobs from clean to off AFTER THE DOOR IS UNLOCKED.
