Seems any redirection page from yahoo is blocked on your network. Try opening with http://mail.yahoo.com or http://www.yahoo.com/r/m6 Hope it will work now.
IF UR PAGE IS NOT displayed then firstly refresh the page or check ur internet connection or the third process is that u should install google chrome from google and then open yahoo.com in chrome after that u will be able to reach ur account i am sending u the link for installing google chrome...........
