Hello, we were having phone problem with our main phone and swapped it for a extra phone we had in storage. Same model. In doing that, we lost our caller ID on the main line to our business. When we put the problem phone back - caller ID is there. Is there a way to turn the caller id feature on in the new phone?

You only need SD card for storing extra data or for external storage. If your phone's internal memory has good capacity, you do not need an SD card for storing extra data.

However SD cards can be used for storing your important files externally. So if your phone doesn't support SD card, please keep a backup of your files elsewhere.

You can get calculator on your phone by going to the main menu then from there you will see all the activities display on your phone serach for extra when you get to extra you will find calculator there.

Are you running a wireless internet connection in your house? do you have unshielded sub-woofers near your phone's base? The issue may be that you are getting interference from other devices- if the phone is on the 2.4 GHz band- see if there is a way to swap channels in that band. If not, see if you can swap channels for your wireless connection. Move the base to a room that does NOT have electrical devices near it- other than that- there is not much you can do other than find phones that do not utilize the 2.4 GHz spectrum. (it seems that almost all modern equipment emits in that spectrum for some reason...)

Get IBM to come out and swap the drive, I think it costs about £1600. For an extra £400 they will send an engineer out to swap it, from what I can gather it looks like you need it!!!
