If you haven't got instructions on this, then go to nautica.com and register your watch. Then go to "watch info", sign in and you will be able to access "warranty and manual".

You should then be able to download the instructions for your watch.

The watch has been displayed for long time. You have to replace new battery for the watch and then those functions will work again. Good luck! :)

If the details says "stationary" then this means that the bezel does not move. This is typical in an inexpensive watch such as Nautica, and is probably just for "looks".
