Cannot dowload load from utorrent - Computers & Internet

Hi there. To use Torrents you will need a compatible Torrent software. The best on the web at the moment is utorrent.

Download it, and install the software. Then dowload any torrent file, open it with utorrent and then specify which files you would like to download, click ok and that should do it.

With utorrent you have to go into the options menu at the top right, then click preferences....once in there click on 'Connection'. The information window to the right has some changes you need to make....the first one where it says 'Port used for incoming connections'...change that to 64450 (you can use any random number over a certain range I generally choose one between 62000-64999). Now right below that, make sure the check box 'Add Windows Firewall exception' is checked. Now click 'Ok' and close the program then go and try to download your torrent.

(If you are using a 3rd party firewall program you will need to go in and enter an exception for utorrent manually)

Utorrent Installation, it simply easy:

1. download it here http://www.utorrent.com/
2. Install and follow the instruction.

Downloading Ms Office:

• google a keyword e.g "Office 2003 torrent" and You should be see a lot of download torrent.
• pick one ( i would reccomend to download it from Piratebay)
• click download, and Open it with Utorrent

As long as you are downloading music to backup music you already currently own, I suggest Utorrent

It is easy to configure.

Again I only condone the use of Utorrent to obtain software / music you currently own solely for backup purposes.

I had this problem before. I found solution on utorrent website. Don't remember how to do it exactly but it has to do with port forwarding settings.
