It could be a few things.
It might be on freewheel.
To solve this:
1. Turn the chair off.
2. Locate the freewheel lever just behind the drive wheel, and on top of the motor.
3. Push the lever inward to engage the motors.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other side.
5. Turn the chair on and see if it works .
If not, it the circuit breaker might need to be reset because of heavy strain on the motors and batteries.
To solve this:
1. Turn the chair off.
2. Find the circuit breaker on the front of the case, off to the right side (you will see a hole in the case)
3. Press the circuit breaker button.
4. Turn the chair on and see if it works.
if not, the battery may need to be disconnected and reconnected
To do this
1. Turn the chair off
2. Release the friction lock lever under the seat.
3. Remove the seat.
4. Release the rear shroud fastener and the yellow fastener under the front shroud.
5. Remove the shroud.
6. Disconnect and reconnect the battery connector (the big plug)
7. Replace the shroud and seat.
8. Turn the chair on and see if it works.
