Facebook won't let you download other people's pictures (or your own--but you already have them! :-) ) but you can click the right-hand button on your mouse and click on the "save picture as ..." or "save image as ..." on the menu and choose the location on your computer where you want to save the picture. (Remember to consider whether people want you saving their personal photos -- I presume you have their permission) .
If you're watching the video on YouTube, look under the video, but above the comments, for the word "Share" (it is in blue). Click on that then click on "facebook".
Try to login to Facebook once by completing NetCapcha security check. Then change the Password of the Facebook and validate the Password. This should work for you.
Other people seeing it on your facebook page will be able to see it the way you intended, in the small viewer. If they click on the video, it will open to the youtube page. Since you are the owner of the facebook page, the video will automatically open the youtube link to the video when you click on it.
facebook is not video compatible. unable to post videos directly. but you can share them if you have a youtube url or anything other site url. hope this helps.

Consider clicking on the title of the video that shows on the top left of the YouTube screen while moving the mouse over the video image. This text should be in white and become underlined when mouse is over it.
