The key pad lights up.I can receive calls and make calls but I cannot see the number because my screen does not light up.I think it has some water damage.PLease HELP ME fix this problem
Try holding # and the red button at the same time this is a safe boot for the razor. I had the same problem and now my phone works great.
Common failure of RAZR phones. It's not necessarily water damage. I have had two of them die on me that way - there's a very thin ribbon cable that connects the screen to the keypad and brain. Over time, flipping the phone open and closed damages that, and when it breaks, you lose your display. Unless you can micro-solder, you need a new phone.

I'm having a similar problem. A friend tried to send me a ringtone thru bluetooth. now, only the power button works. Even the volume control on the side doesn't work. I can receive calls, and when my phone connects via bluetooth in my car, I can make calls using the keypad display of the car but I cannot get any key on the phone to work. I have taken the battery out several times and at one point every key tried to launch a browser but it's back to no key working except for the power key. I have never locked it and it has not been exposed to moisture. HELP!!!!
