Since upgrading to Leopard I can not print CD/DVDs.
Software used during problem: EPSON Print CD Version 1.4.0A
I get the following message.
The EPSON printer driver dealing with CD printing is not installed.
I have reinstalled the EPSON Print CD software and drivers but still get
the same message. Any solutions?
Tengo una Imac y no es posible imprimir ningún CD. Me indica que debo incrementarle la memoria, con el MacOs10,5,4.
First, install "epson easyprint" from the epson website. Its found under drivers and support for your unit.
Then click ok on that error message about "driver dealing with..." After you click ok on the message, you will get another window where you will find a "manual print" button. Click on this manual print button and this will take you to the next window where you have to select "A4 as the paper size" and "CD/DVD as the paper type and paper path" . After this, click print... it should start to print! This is just a workaround until epson gets a patch for leopard for print cd........hopefully

Good Luck.
Apparently the latest software doesn't work with Leopard 10.5.2. I uninstalled the Epson software and installed the earlier version [driver version 3.88] that come on the Installer CD with the printer. Printing now works.
First, install "epson easyprint" from the epson website. Its found under drivers and support for your unit.
Then click ok on that error message about "driver dealing with..." After

I had the same problem with an Epson R340 printer and Epson Print CD software after installing Leopard. Here's what I did. Go to System Preferences. Select Print & Fax. Select the "+" box on the lower left part of the screen. Select Epson Printer -- USB and click "Add" and "continue" in the box that comes up (if it does).
Now see if Epson Print CD will print to a CD. If it does, great. You can now actually go back to System Preferences and Print & Fax and delete the printer you just added by clicking on the "-" box and Epson Print CD will still work.
Now I found another problem with printing. The CD printing is now off center to the right and down, so in Epson Print CD program you have to click on print and from the print screen click on "Position Adjustment" in the bottom left corner. I've found the perfect position is 3.5 mm up and 3.5 mm left to make everything print perfectly. Good luck.
