We have an Indesit WIA 101 and it washes fine but we cant open the door, the red led light above the door lock symbol continues to flash, I have drained the machine and checked for blockages and unplugged the machine for 24 hours put it on programme 9 wool wash and waited till it finished but the red led door lock still flashes and the door will not unlock, Can anybody offer any ideas, Thankyou

hi something similar has started happening to our washer, after the initial wash starts the machine doesn't do anything for a while then the red door light flashes on and off very quickly as does the 1st and 3rd green wash cycle light?
HI, Check back of washe with a flashlight for a bent or clogged drain hose. Do not move washer to check it. When you move it , it will straighten out and you will never know if it was bent Also while it is pumping , pick up end of drain hose at drain and observe the volume of water being pumped.
