I've read the manual for your camera from end to end and there is no mention of such a battery. The clock must be maintained by some kind of permanent internal battery (or supercapacitor type device), which must be kept charged by the AA batteries you use. If you're having trouble with it forgetting the time, all you can really do is make sure that you leave charged batteries in the camera as much as possible.

Oh, and forgive me for stating the obvious, but if you just noticed that the time was wrong... make sure it's not that you simply flew on vacation to a different time zone, eh? LOL! Your camera has a setting for that, it's under "setup" and "Time Difference" where you can set a temporary offset for the time zone you're in.

How do i change the batteries on my sylvania led wireless light ?

Depending on this style, there may be a cap on the end that you can remove and slide out the old batteries and slide in the new batteries. Be sure that they are facing the correct direction. Another style will have a bottom piece that turns a little bit and then comes right off exposing the three AA batteries.

How to open a 2087d Honeywell safe if you lost the battery backup

Honeywell no longer sells the battery back up! I made my own by putting 4 AA Batteries in a series, found a USB cable that matches the plug on the safe door and cut the USB end off the wire. Strip the two wires Red and Black and put the red on the positive side and black on negative side plug it into the safe and put the combo in then turn the handle and open the safe. You can make a battery by going to an electronic store and tell them what you are looking for or if you have a toy at home that has 4 AA batteries you can wire it into that Temporarily open your safe and give the toy back to your kids. LOL

Turn AAA batteries into AA batteries in emergancy

all you need to do is roll up some tin foil into a flat circular shape the size of the battery that you need, circomfrence, not the actual size of the battery, put it against the spring on what ever gadget you need the batteries 4,then push the little AAA battery on the tin foil so it fits tight into the slot where the AA bigger battery should be and WALLA, sorted.your gadget should now work, and its the same principle with all batterys.

What are the AA batteries for in my Dewalt radio

AA batteries are used to keep the clock and memory presets saved in addition to the main battery that powers the AM/FM radio itself.

Can i use regular batteries and not rechargeable batteries on my kodak cx4310?

Yes, 2 AA batteries. Just insert them correctly.
They don't last as long as the CRV3 lithium battery pack though

Bought it 3 years ago, still using the same battery after taking 1,000's of pics. I also keep a pair of regular AA's as a back up when I'm away from home

Hi, I have an Olympus fe130 and it keeps saying the batteries are dead when they are brand new. Any ideas? Thanks, Erica

The camera uses very common "AA" batteries, but infortunately AA batteries come in various "stengths", and the FE130 requires a very high strength AA battery- you may have a battery, that will fit in the camera, but just doesn't have the power for your camera, Also, the batteries may be "new" to you (you bought them recently), but they may have been on the store shelf too long (most "throw away batteries have Expiration dates on the package and sometimes on the bateries themselves- if they are still "in date"- have someone check them with a battery tester or voltmeter- if you don't have either of those- see if you have some other device ( a small flashlight) they might fit in to check- occassionally batteries go bad. There is also the possibility is that you purchased AA batteries that are rechargable, like NiCad, that don't have to be thrown away), but they need charging before they can be used, and regularly to keep their charge. If you tell us what the battery label says and any date info it might have we can probably know more.

18 volt batteries

Yes you can, as long as the batteries are the same style and fit the older Ryobi tools. The Ah rating is a capacity rating. The higher the Ah, the longer the battery will last so the 1.7Ah will just last a bit longer than the 1.5Ah batteries, but yes you can use them on older 18v Ryobi tools. I do it all the time.

What power sources are compatible?

In addition to AA size batteries (alkaline batteries, Ni-MH batteries), a dedicated AC adapter (sold separately) can be used. The other AA size batteries cannot be used.
