You are more than likely out of magenta (red) ink. That printer uses a tri-color cartridge, and it has cyan (blue) magenta (red) and yellow ink. Green is blue + yellow-therefore you do have those two colors; since it will not print anything red or black you will need to replace both cartridges.
Your yellow cartridge is probably not working as your photos suggest. Remove and reinsert the yellow cartridge. Try printing only yellow color. Your printer has a separate head for printing; the nozzle for yellow ink might be clogged. Try running a head cleaning routine from your printer software.
Sounds like most of the color lines (the "cables" between print head and cartridges) either have clogged ink in them, or air bubbles. Try the cleaning process found by pressing Ink Management and then Menu/Set twice. After the test print sheet is printed, answer the question(s) in the display and print up to five test prints by answering the questions. It should solve the problem, but if it doesn't, you should perform a heavier duty purge found in the service mode.
any chance it has dried out? run the test / head cleaning / did you reset the cartridge when you replaced it? generally if one or two colors work - the problem is the ink cartridge or the head for the colors not working. Did you remove the "tape" on the new cartridge?
Without knowing what printer you have or what things you have tried I can only guess here. It sounds like you need a new cartridge. A color ink cartridge will have 3 colors of ink for most printers...cyan (blue), magenta (purplish-maroon), and yellow. Depending on what you print it is very possible that you could run out of one of the inks before the others. Printing green can be an indication that you are out of magenta ink. The cyan and yellow inks will combine and look green.
You can remove the cartridge and run a tissue over the printhead and see if you see all 3 colors as a quick test. If you only see cyan and yellow, then the magenta is probably empty or dried up. If you see all 3 colors I would reinsert the cartridge and try printing again. It is possible that the magenta was just clogged and you cleaned it with the tissue. If it still doesn't print all colors your best bet is probably to just get a new ink cartridge.
there is a problem with your cartridge and the head of your printer, because if the software is telling you that the cartridge is full therefore it could be an hardware issue, i suggest that you should try to removing and reinstalling the cartridge, if that step still dont work then bring it to a service technician and ask them to clean the head of your printer!
Hope this one works!
But i know it will work. Be Positive!
Your good rating will be very much appreciated.
I found this post to work for me when yellow was not printing on my HP PSC750 after using 2 cartridges: "Well if you want to damage your printer use alcohol. But if you want to
make it work then pull the cartridge from the printer and run hot water
on a couple of paper towels leaving alot of hot water in the towels.
Put some thing under them to keep them from staining your counter top
and then set the cartridge down onto the hotwater towel and let the hot
water melt away the dry ink and in minutes you may be printing again if
this is what it is. Be sure and use a dry paper towel to wipe off the
ecess wet before you reinstall the cartridge."
You are out of black and magenta (tricolor cartridge) ink or ink has dried up. Try touching the nozzle plate (underneath print cartridge) with a water dampened cloth (not alcohol) for cleaning clogged nozzles (do not rub). Ultimate remedy : put in contact nozzle plate with hot water for about 5 seconds. If color still missing your printer need new cartridges.
