We have an intermittent fault on our Bosch Maxx WFO 2430 front-loading washing machine. Water pump is frequently not activated during the wash cycle. If I drain the machine manually (through the drain hose) and then try a spin or drain cycle the pump works correctly.
Sounds like a faulty sensor to me.
My question; Are the pump and/or sensor accessible from the front of the machine? The machine is "built-in" and I do not want to unnecessarily dismantle the surrounding structure.
Needs must.........you will need to remove lid........look for thin plastic tube coming from bottom of the drum to the top of the drom......connecting on a small plastic unit......this is the pressure sensor.....remove the tube.......blow down it a few times.............might be blocked by grit etc........
cheers
SOURCE: Wash machine will not spin
sounds like a problem with the coupling between to motor and the gearbox!

Open machine's service panel and check whether the motor spins. Let us know with your results and we will see how could we assiste you further.
SOURCE: Leak from maytag top load coin machine during spin drain cycle only
Possible that you would have a tub seal leak if it is only noticable during spin cycle. Possible that it "drips" slightly while in agitation, but not enough to notice it. While in spin mode you have a lot more parts moving as well as a lot more water pressure on the seal itself. Pump could also be leaking, but highly doubtful since it would leak a constant amount at all times. Good Luck!!! Jim
SOURCE: how to remove motor from
Remove back panrl. Remove drive belt, remove 2 10mm motor bolts. Turn machine upside down. Remove bottom cover. Disconnect power lead to motor, disconnect earth lead, gently tap motor out with mallet. Brush mountings then accessible, remove and replace brushes.
SOURCE: Bosch Maxx - softener not dispensing into machine
It blocks very often , give it a good clean..remove soap dispenser to do so
It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors or back feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET valve to open up and allow water to flow into. If this does not happen then the voltage at the inlet valve must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.
If the water flows then the flow should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.
Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.
Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.
