    Everything on the site starts with mirascan. Can you verify the model number?



    If you scanner is hooked up via usb you can eliminate paraled and scsi.

I've searched high and low and the best looking solution I can find for you is a program/drivers called VueScan.
http://www.hamrick.com/
It's release notes say it works with your scanner without the need for any benQ or Acer software.
Worth a try!!

Installing Acer Scan 2 web 3300 flatbed scanner on to vista
Dear Redlikedrum,
The ONLY way I was able to find ANY scanner drivers for ACER products was via their European FTP site: ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/scanner/drivers/ I suggest you try accessing that site and getting the latest drivers they have (which seem to be for their SCSI scanners). They have both an ISO image file and a Nero image file (.nrg) either of which you'll have to burn to a CD to check out.
