I can not get my pictures to download unto my computer

For fast downloading you have to install vivitar software in your PC. A pop up menu will appear when your camera connected to your PC. Otherwise you can search the directory manually.

first copy pics unto ur pc desktop. then right click to copy. again right click to send it to cd rom. then open my computer and right click on cd rom and writing to cd, but make sure that ur cd rom is a cd writer. okay?

The program you need is Motorola Phone Tools. You can purchase this program from Motorola.

I discovered that my particular problem was caused by bent pins in the card reader. I straightened them and re-aligned them and reader is back to normal.
