If you mean to connect your Archos to your Android device through Wi-Fi, than, yes, you can! But, only if your android device supports the tethering feature. For example if you have an Android 2.2 (Froyo) device than you go to Settings->>Wireless & networks->>Tethering & portable hotspot and tap "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot". From the Archos, go to the the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network you've just created. If you do not have the tethering option available, you should find out if your carrier or device manufacturer has an update for the device. Hope it helps!

How do I connect my Android Tablet to my Laptop ?

1. Connect the supplied USB cable to the ARCHOS.
2. Plug the USB end of the cable into your computer.
3. The ARCHOS will turn on and ask you if you want to connect it (Mount) or not. Choose to Mount it.
4. If you choose to just let it charge, you can always drag the top notification bar downwards to reveal the USB notification message and choose to connect.
5. The ARCHOS will appear in your computer's file browser as an external hard drive, ARCHOS (E:) for example.

Wi fi internet conection

Are you capable to open up the network connection, and right click to properties on the wireless you are connecting to? Send me that information please.
Thank You

PS it is usually 2 things that does not hit the connection,

1) the Radio channel should always be 1 or 11 both are adaptable, and I have seen some ope3n networks go to six---this is important, because if the "certificates does not match" you will not connect..

2) either your driver for adapter is missing, or needs update, or rolled back,----also be sure to try to check the software by downloading opera dolphin or firefox, let me know..

There's Aptoide and Appslib for getting apps.
