GE Model 28213 Series DECT 6.0 Phone

I am trying to program my new phone and there is a function on the phone when you scroll down entitled, "Name Phone." In the instruction manual there is no mention of how to program this function. I tried using the keys on the keybad to spell out a name and this doesn't seem to work. Any ideas how I can do this? Thank you! Katie

I just purchased a new GE cordless phone and there was no english instructions in the box...I have no idea how to program it...is their any chance of getting a manual for this phone ...series 28213..thanks

I have a GE model 28213 DECT 6.0 home phone that I can't get to ring when someone calls. I can set the phone to ring 5, but when I call the phone it does not ring it just flashes.

I have a GE model 28112EE2-A DECT 6.0 with a similiar problem. I have had it for over a year and sometimes it won't ring but it flashes. What I did was unplugged the power for about 20 seconds and plugged it back in. Then it was fine. Hope that helps.

Manual for a GE DECT handsfree phone

To get a copy for my GE 28213 I did a search at:http://www.home-electronics.net/ge/pc/home.asp
I put your model in the search and it came back with no results so perhaps it is not available in English. There is also a "contact us" tab at that site perhaps you can get help there.
