by how much water do you mean how much water do you put in the pasta or how much water to boil to cook pasta?? cooking pasta is easy.. if its dry pasta around 8-12 mins or according to package instructions but fresh pasta takes a shorter time at around 2-5 mins :D hope it helps :D
