Replaced batteries in Jazzy 600 but they will not charge up.

At a minimum your batteries need to be charged for 12 hrs a day for the first month if not they will not build the capacity and will dwindle and die for example it is at only 25% capacity it says it fully charged but will die quickly this happens because it is charged to its full capacity but that is only 25% of the batteries true potential resulting in short battery life. Also the new batteries need to be charged before they are put on your jazzy. Then its a matter of if not in use put on charge. I think you need to have a word with your dealer.

Make sure that your drive wheels are engaged and the power chair is not in the freehweel position (so it can be pushed).

Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.

No, take the off board charger plug it into the charger port located under the front of the joystick and then plug it into the wall outlet and let er rip overnight The yellow light on the charger should turn green indicating a full charge disconnect from the wall and then unplug from the joystick and you should be all set Hope this helps
