You should find the filter located behind a removable plastic panel at the bottom front of washer.
Unscrew it anti clockwise to remove and clean it..
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
SOURCE: my bosch classixx 1400 express is not draining off
The error indicates that the machine has taken too long to drain the water. Do the following.
4. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
5. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
6. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
7. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
8. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
9. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
10. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
11. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
12. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.
SOURCE: door wont open on bosch classixx 6 1400 express washing machine
Hi,
The "F16" on a Bosch indicates the door is open / unlocked. If it's happening during a wash it would suggest either a faulty door lock, faulty wiring or worse, a faulty main control board. The wash program should halt when this comes up but you should be able to restart it when the door is closed. As the cost of a new door interlock isn't overly expensive. The best way to fix this problem is to purchase a new lock and fit it.
Thank you !

Hi,
I'm posting this as 'clarification' rather than 'solution' just in case- I don't know about any resetting, sorry.
I am wondering if the pump packed up because of excessive calcium/limescale in the water? I also suspect that your machine was taking forever possibly because the heating element is caked with calc and is inefficient.
As a possible cure- with a totally empty machine pour in the contents of (at least) 2 sachets of proprietary anticalc powder/fluid together with a kettle full of boiling water and leave (at the very least) overnight. Do at again if you feel like it- it won't do any harm and it will probably do a lot of good. To empty just do a spin. In this way the mix will not be diluted and will flush through the filter and pump. Out of interest was the filter a bit caked when you changed the pump?
Here's hoping this helps!
Good luck,
John C
