if its inside a company attach computer , you have to consult your administrator on company net, it could been for safty reasons they have blocked all social community net such as hotmail, gmail and yahoo.

I am guessing you are accessing yahoo from your office. Ask your Network Administration or IT Manager. Most company now block facebook and yahoo.

Theres gonna be some software banning you from doing this and its not exactly legal to modify it without getting it checked first by microsoft. I can't tell you any other way of getting around it.
