There are a couple of possibilities, both of which require you to take your camera apart. One is that the LCD screen has failed, and needs to be replaced. You can get very good step by step instruction videos on Youtube. Another possibility is that the ribbon connector for the screen is not all the way in its connection. Again, your best bet is to find a good video for your camera on Youtube that shows you how to take it apart and put it back together. If you are handy, it's not difficult. I took two of them and made one very good one out of them.
