Check the power cord. It should have a red and blue dot. For heat line the red dot with the arrow, for cooling. line the blue dot with thw arrow

Solution 1 - Dont lend cooler :)
(just kidding)

Not familiar with it but would be very surprised if the plugs are interchangeable. I should be power in and the other for the thermos. Check and see visually and if they can be mixed up and dont get a response, could try sending a pic of the PC and see if go any further.
