Check to see if there is a reset button you can use to reset unit to factory defaults. Contact the mfg directly for the code to accomplish this. If that does not do it then you are SOL.

Solution Reset (machine was not working for 2 - 3 month):
C button (yellow) + on keyboard: 107 + C-button (orange + large) long press
Then, go to the menu

Mode 5 enter

dear sir; the error code 320 on ricoh af 2027 it's means laser polygon motor problem, the laser unit right under the toner unit, litlle bit left. some error code can be reset why don't give them a try
1, power on the machine
2, press "clear mode"( has the c in a diamond), "107"then press and hold down "clear/stop" key
3,turn power off 10 second later back on.
I f reset doesn't work, you need to replace laser motor. thank you
