Doesn't recognice drive

In my limited experience such things are caused by software conflicts where substandard software replaces parts of the operating system or approved programmes with other versions. The displaced software might be lost or deleted but the operating system tries to repair things and fails.

Nero burning software seems particularly bad, working fine when first loaded but deteriorating after every restart until finally it stops working altogether but deleting it doesn't fully restore previous functionality.

My pc recognises my dvdram as cdrom, after re installing.

Nothing to worry about, it all depends on what type of disc is in the drive at the time.

My pc recognises my dvdram as cdrom, after re installing.

The media you add is a DVD correct? If so, your DVD drive driver seem to not be working right. I would take the drive out and boot the pc without it in. Then shut it down and re-install the drive. If this doesnt fix the issue, try re-installing the drivers for your DVD drive. You might want to open device manager and uninstall the drivers before re-installing them. I had this happen to me once and this is how I got it working properly again.
