The tv have clicking sound alot too?Yes,the tv the board that call the Ballast board is dead too.The ballast board only job is to ignite the projection lamp.

The problem can be the lamp After extended use, if the TV picture turns dark, the color looks unusual or LAMP INDICATOR light turns on, then it is time to replace the lamp with a new lamp.
Make sure that the lamp door cover is properly seat-in. It has a safety switch that will engage to the lamp door cover. If the lamp door cover is not properly seat-in this switch will be on open position that will trigger the symptoms.
Replace the lamp would be the first thing to try. Lamp door switch on this model is notorious for going bad. If you replace lamp and still won't turn on jumper door switch. If you take off back you can see switch board.
My television had two red lights flashing, one for Temp and the other for the lamp. I removed mythe lamp assembly and the bulb filament was burnt out. I order a new lamp and housing unit UX21517 and replaced it and now I have the red light flashing which is calling out the lamp again.
Y sus (sustain) board or main power board has dry capacitors or dead transistors or even main chip is dead, but to know more accurately you need to count the red light flashes. Google "red blinking codes" should find the answer, ebay sells Y sus boards or power boards around $125 (cheapest) for plasma TVs.
Just make sure the Box (Lamp Enclosure) is pushed in firmly on both sides, left and right. Left side to hit the power connection and Right side to hit the little relay switch, Must be flush against that back side.
It happened to me and I was kicking myself in the ***, a entire weekend went by with a brand new lamp sitting in the enclosure but not completely set in correctly with a flashing red light.
I have the same model and had the same problem after replacing the lamp. Turns out if the cover plate is not put back on properly, tv will not power on and lamp ligth comes on. To solve the problem all I had to do is tighten the cover plate screw. Hope this helps.
