I have model DDL-555-5 with controll box model MC-200, now my issue is the Bar tact do not work, please advice how to fix it?

did you please check power source coming to power switch or No ? one more thing , please let me know which control box model you are using then i can send to you photo for fuses place to check maybe one fuse burned and need to replace.

First thing to check is if you've got the right needle system: http://partsbooks.sewingmachine.com/Instructions/Juki/Industrial/DDL-5550%20&%205530%20Instruction%20Manual.pdf and that the needle is correctly oriented... the scarf has to be precisely set.
The next things I'd check are the stitch cycle -- hand crank the machine through the normal stitch cycle and see what's hitting. Then fix that. I've got my suspicions this may be a needle bar height adjustment. Don't thread up for this test... misthreading can also cause the needle to hit something and break, so start with the fewest possible variables first.

when you need to set timing please first make sure height of needle bar is ok. there's two mark at needle bar, the upper one is for height of needle bar: bring the needle bar at lowest position and in this case the upper mark must be equal with lower needle bar bushing.
second : set timing
move hand machine pulley at the same rotation and when the lower mark equal with lower needle bar pushing the tip of hook must be at the center of needle groove and just light touch not hit. that's all
