this driver, it is config file (the GPU chip needs driver)
that tells your unstated OS what limits the screen has
1280 x 1024 maximum resolution (this is the limit)!
all you do is go to unstated OS , safe mode and set that to that limit.
and bingo it works. (if running Linux say so )
a very old monitor, old square screen 4:5 legacy,.
most are dead this old.
if running W7 to w10 now, (unstated)
step 1 is make sure PC is web connected first. this allows the PC to find the montor config file at
ms.com PnP servers. and work.
this monitor is 10 year old today, 2008 made.
