My name is Edo and I am IT for UN mission in Afghanistan. We
have copier Panasonic Workio DP-4530 and it is heart of our design office. We
use copier for publishing documentation, for copying and printing. We can find
any normal service in Afghanistan. The nearest place for repairing is Dubai.
I have experience with copiers and I want try to fix our
copier.Currently, our new problem is
error “clean fusser web”.
I need only if anybody have service manual in pdf or similar
format. I will be very appreciated if anybody can help us. Your any advice is welcome

Hi, mate. Do not know how it's going in Afghanistan right now, but I hated every single bit in that country 28 years ago (Russian invasion). Unfortunately I was in service in Soviet Army, so, we would be shooting each other if you were there at that time. Right now I'm very happy, 'coz I was fortunate enough to escape from Soviet Union 20 years ago and find my refuge in England. In the service mode there might be an automatic fuser and drum cleaning mechanism that could be activated. The fuser web is in the drum section of the unit and when this is coated with toner and the cleaning mechanism is inactive, you could get this problem.
Let me know if you do not know how to get into the service mode of the copier. It normally is pressing the following three buttons simultaneously - Original, Function and the number 3. It may take a few tries before you get the sequence properly. Also, if it requests a password, try 0000 or 00000000 (8 zeros or 4 zeros)
