Give this a try to reset the dongle:
Please let me know if there is another error code / message, if this doesn't work.Remove the Bluetooth dongle.
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.
