Hello i bought a samsung wave s8500 phone.when i go for operating sometimes it restarts itself.after resetting with reset code then it bcomes ok.but i have to reset all function every time.how to solve the problem.pls help me

I fixed the same issue on my phone, a Galaxy 3 by turning it off, taking the battery out, putting the battery back in and restarting the phone. Not sure why this fixed it but it worked.

Also check the volume and silent mode... if it doesn't work then you can hard reset the phone. make sure to save all data to any external device (computer/laptop) before reset your phone.

Make sure your battery is properly seated. It sounds like it's moving somehow.

I have the same problem. It just happen lately that I can't use wifi and bluetooth in my Samsung wave. I tried factory reset and still, I have still that problem.
