There could be many things wrong for this issue. For some reason your radio is oscillating. You need to take it to a licensed tech and have them put it on a scope. It could be a crystal inside the radio as well as the PLL chip or a slew of other things. I would strongly recommend letting a tech handle this. Good luck.

How to program frequency 8113.5 on my Furuno FSS1503 Single Sideband Radio Telephone?

To program a specific frequency on the Furuno FSS1503 Single Sideband Radio Telephone, you can follow these steps:
  1. Press the Power button to turn on the radio.
  2. Press the Frequency button to select the desired frequency range (HF, MF, or VHF).
  3. Use the arrow keys to select the desired frequency (8113.5 kHz in this case).
  4. Press the Enter button to confirm the frequency selection.
If the frequency is not working, there may be other factors affecting the radio's performance, such as interference, atmospheric conditions, or a faulty antenna. It is recommended to use an antenna coupler or tuner to optimize the radio's performance and ensure proper transmission and reception. If you are still experiencing issues, you may need to consult a professional technician or the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.

Why does my galaxy 949 seem to be off frequency when I am using lower Sideband

Each channel is a AM carrier frequency which is the center frequency of the channel. Each AM frequency has two sidebands, a lower sideband which is the below the center frequency (AM) and a upper sideband which is above the center frequency.
See the following for some explanation of sidebands:

Hope this helps and 73

Is it off on both upper and lower sideband? how about AM? Did someone mod it so that the clarifier works on transmit too? Hope not.
If it is off on LSB adjust CT2 next to C104 and for upper side band CT1 next to C105. You will be tweeking on a capacitor in series with a crystal. caution as it could stop it from transmitting (oscillating) if it isn't set right. best if you use a frequency counter to see if the stage is working right on frequency. Here is a diagram hope you know how to read one. If you dont and you attempt to tweek on this and that, you have a great chance that you could foul it up to the point it wont work at all or sound really bad. The main thing is to narrow it down where the problem is: Is it just LSB or USB or both? If both do not tweek on C1 or C2. I would say it is the 11Mhz crystal area. meaning the problem could be a bad varactor diode, even a resistor or capacitor failure in that portion couldmake it off frequency as the varactor is voltage controlled. By varying the voltage to it, the capacitance changes and therefore changing frequency.
If both uper and lower sideband are off then I suppose AM is off too. the reason you are not being heard as well. Adjust CT3 to bring it back on frequency. You got it CT3 if upper and lower and AM is off or if only lower is off CT1, if only upper is off CT2.
Good luck. I am not responsible for your actions. I am only giving my opinion and logic on this. here is the diagram, dont hurt yourself.....

Fix my connex 3400 hb sideband button

Hi there, if you are talking about the Connex CX 3400 HP there is no sideband or SSB on this radio. It is only AM and FM 10 meter Ham radio. Many people do modify these radios to include the 11 meter frequencies which is the CB band. Maybe knowing the actual bands and their frequencies will help some too this radio does have 6 different bands ranging from (Band A. 28.015 thru 28.455) (Band B. 28.145 thru 28.585) (Band C. 28.115 thru 28.555) (Band D. 28.085 thru 28.525) (Band E. 28.055 thru 28.495) (Band F. 28.025 thru 28.465.) I hope this will help you. Bob

I am unable to send friend request on facebook. Facebook has blocked me for 14 days pls help

You might have been blocked by Facebook.

Facebook blocks profile based on :
  1. Friend Requests you give in given quantity of time
  2. Posts you post in given quantity of time
They have not specified any duration or conditions for which they might block someone. Take for example, a person keeps on sending friend request. Say,he gives 150 friend request within 15 minutes, then Facebook might get suspicious it might be a bot.Since these kinds of activities burdens their server, they might prevent that user to further do any actions. It is at this point of time,Facebook blocks people.

In their Help center, they have stated that Facebook would never lift block for any reason and the block would extend from few hours to few days.

Also when you do certain action while your account is blocked and that particular action is the reason for your account to be blocked, then your block will extend. Also Facebook makes sure that you don't do the same action in same frequency again after your profile is unblocked.

My advice is stay cool till Facebook unblocks you and then give friend requests/post status updates once or twice in day for a period of two or three weeks.

Not transmitting good at all on ssb the power come back

Did you have your radio "peaked?" If you turn a Cobra Sideband radio up to much it may be great for the AM side but can crush the Sideband side. Make sure it is on frequency too. Use a frequency counter to check. Make sure your SWR is 1-1:5 and no higher than two. You may have to take it to a tech and have them but it on a scope.

Sideband freq

That is wrong , I used to have a freq. counter that only read when you applied RF to it on my old Tempo rig and I ran lower 37 and upper 35 so I would key the radio on am and tune the vfo to that frequency and would be on frequency with everone else,I remember hearing that once long ago but it's not true.

Sideband carrier??

im not sure carriers are measured in pounds, but SSB is a supressed carrier mode, in SSB only one sideband is transmitted and the carrier is inserted at the other end in the receiver. In AM mode the carried and both sidebands are transmitted. with regular am there is a carried and when modulation (your voice) is added a signal appears both above and below the carrier frequency at a distance relative to the frequency of your voice. so if you have a carrier at 1000 khz and modulated it with a tone of 100 hertz the signal will contain frequencies of 900,1000, and 1100 hertz, then its changed to SSB by supressing the carrier (1000) and one sideband (1100) if you are on lower sideband and (900) if you one upper sideband, and transmits the remaining frequency.

Connex 3300 hp

U mean on sideband? Frequency counter only useful on other than sideband operation. This does not mean the carrier insertion osc. is on frequency. If it needs adjustment, your voice will sound high/ low on transmit. Incoming signals will sound right after adjusting the osc.
