Sean, Bad felt gasket body to drum, if belt drive on dryer, it could be worn and slipping, making a screech, or if not the belt, the drum may have a worn bearing on its hub allowing it to run crooked and rub where it should not.

Based on the above-listed model number, FEX831CS it shows you have a Frigidaire laundry center. However, you mentioned that it is a gallery series. So do you have a laundry center or a Frigidaire gallery dryer? In order to better address the issue, what is your model number? You can typically locate the serial tag, which lists your model number, on the right or left edge on the inside of the door. How often do you hear the ticking or clicking noise? Drain pump is cloged. What kind of washer is it . and you said stacked and laundry center. stacked is 2 seperate units and laundry center is one whole unit with both so whatcha got?

You do need the model number to order parts...typically on a stacked unit the model number is inside the dryer door

I don't think you can replace the whole dryer section as a piece. If it just stopped working correctly you can replace internal parts to fix it. If it suffered some catastrophic damage (many parts destroyed) it will probably be less expensive to replace the whole laundry center.
