It may not need fixed.

Always preheat (or precool) a flask prior to use.

Fill it right up to eliminate any airspace above the hot liquid. That will help to keep things hotter for longer.

If this still does not work, the outer skin of the vacuum flask may be damaged and there is no longer a vacuum to insulate the contents.

Hi, the only way to replace that, is go to home depot, or where ever, and buy some window seal foam, or door seal foam or what ever type, that matches your foam best, and put it on your self. You could also send it to me, and I will do it for you. I am a Rainbow seller and a Rainbow expert.

I use foam that is the soft kind, that is like the original Rainbow foam on them, and is about 1 inch wide, and about 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick.

It is self adhesive on the back side of it, that you peel off the paper cover off of it to stick it on.

If pieces are missing or broken I would try and replace the piece. You can usually get these items cheap on Ebay.

MOST COMMON PROBLEM IS THE ATTACHEMENT VALVE IS BROKEN WHERE YOU CONNECT FOR WATER ON SIDE OF MACHINE. THESE MODELS USE AN ELECRONIC SOLONOID TO ACTIVATE WATER TO NOZZLE IF IT IS COMING OUT THERE SOLONOID MAY BE BAD

Put the rubber seal on the bucket first, then put the spring on the valve stem, slip into the hard collar, then push it into the opening in the seal, it will snap into place.
